Hopping to success

On Thursday 16 March, 37 OIS students took part in the W4Kangoeroe Competition, a calculation and math competition that takes place annually in over 77 countries across the world.

In the Netherlands, approximately 140,000 students participate in the W4Kangoeroe Competition from 2,350 schools. Questions bring surprising challenges which require a spark of creativity and a flash of insight; perfect for our students who are always bringing out their inner magic!

What did our students think?

  • The questions were challenging and different from the questions we normally do in class. I enjoyed the challenge!” Ilya Dekker Group 7A

Results will be made available at the end of May and we are confident our OIS students will make us proud
